Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, typically just above the belly button.
Sleeve Length: Measure from the top of your shoulder to the wrist bone.
Shoulder Width: Measure from one shoulder seam to the other.

Head Circumference: Measure around your head, just above the ears and eyebrows, using a flexible measuring tape.
