Refund Policy

Return Window: You may return your item within 30 days.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
All sale items are final and can only be returned for store credit (with a $19.99 deduction to cover the original shipping cost)
Return Process: To proceed with your return, kindly provide us with the reason for the return and two photos of the item. This will assist us in accurately assessing any issues.
Sale Items: Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and it meets the necessary criteria, we will proceed with the refund. Please note that a $29.99 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account,
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not refundable and are available for store credit.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@wildmountwest.com.

Shipping
For Returns, Please contact us, and we will notify you where to ship your product.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
